But then, the only reason it will work is because it will sell cheap Chinese made tat to China, rather than trying to sell expensive British tat to Britain. At the end of the day car making is terminally unprofitable for virtually every first world manufacturer - which is why the only car firms left in British ownership are niche operators - or rejects it was too expensive for the Germans to liquidate.
