We need to make people get over this daft prejudice against recycled water, we need to encourage the use of rainwater tanks in our cities, we need to make sure that people stop using drinking water to wash cars and water gardens. Nuclear desalination may be helpful, but I think recycling is the way to go, and it will only take off when people grow out of their stupid wasteful ways.
