] Date Posted: 22:22:17 11/28/04 Sun In reply to: Ben.M(UK) 's message, "Ed, about your article" on 21:54:47 11/28/04 Sun There are a few more, but not all of them on the same topic, period of history etc etc. I have another few on anglo-american relations in other periods, particularly in the 20th century, and also a lot on dozens of other historical topics. I am an historian, you know! Everything from early-Byzantine religous movements, through the decline of the Venetian Empire to FDR and N. Chamberlain via proto-industrial English economics... You name it, and its yours! I presume, since you seem interested in other articles, that you didn't hate the first one? If so, then thanks! Date Posted: 20:34:43 12/02/04 Thu Hi Frank Why don't you check out my brief and illustrated history of the British Empire and Commonwealth on the Commonwealth History page on the FCS Canada web site. It is located at: http://www.fcscanada.com/commhist.html I am actually adding a bit more information on the change from Empire to Commonwealth between 1931 and 1949 on to the page by tomorrow (Friday). I think you will find it quite informative and I hope you like the maps and illustrations. Feel free to use any of it. [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |
