Quiz Answers and Draw For Winners at Pomona

Hey all!

The draw for the prizes will take place after the Saturday noon massed bands at Pomona -- in the band tent.

The draw for prizes will include the following people:

Blackwood, Bill
Fitch, Corey
McKee, Mike
Norris, Todd

And the answers:

1)Strathclyde Police's Lead Drummer in question was Alex Connell.

2)False. LA Scots was the first US band to win a Grade 2 World Championship. City of Washington accomplished the same in 1999 and Prince Charles PB won the Worlds in 2000.

See everyone at Pomona! Have fun at Prescott and I'll be sure to call someone in the band with results from the Scottish Championships.
