 Well, my friend just created this new Item creator. It captures packets from the Runescape server, edits them, and sends it back, thus creating items out of reach by many of us.

Again, old sayings that says stat editors, item creators don't exist use to be true. But it's not true now! You can even use a virus scanner to scan this program to prove that it's not a virus!

Here is a picture of the program along with what my friend duplicated and created in a matter of 20 minutes.
