When Dell designed their earlier models,they weren't expecting end users to have access to the interworkings of their systems...your best bet would be to upgrade your BIOS..go to dells download site and look for your make and brand and there should be a patch for the problem you are facing..if you can not find it there..the dudes at dell are more likely to help you find the drivers. That is one advantage dell has over gateway..The clients there help to the best of their abililty.
