My girlfriend spilled diet pepsi on her laptop. It was running when I got there to help then just shut down. I tried to restart it but nothing. I called around and everyone said the motherboard is fried. So I decided to dive in for a look. I priced a new board 300-400 bucks a little pricey. It has a 8n816 mother in it. I would like to know if anything else could go in even if slower.
