I would like to upgrade my power supply. The mother board is an Intel SE440BX-3 in a Dell XPST-500 computer. Present power supply is 200W would like to go to at least 300W. The power supplies that I have tried have thr right voltages and connectors but will not power up the computer. With the existing power supply there are LED's on the motherboard that are on as soon as the power cable 115VAC is plugged in. With the new power supplies that I have tried they are not on. Any help would be appreciated.

James
