Simple procedure to reset the BIOS for the removal of a password.

1) Remove all power sources, A/C and Battery

2) Hold down the power switch for 2 minutes, and that will drain off any excess stored power.

3) Reconnect the battery and A/C cord

4) Boot PC, and press the F2 key to enter the setup

That should do it. BUT, if your notebook has an internal battery backup-you will have to repeat the above (1 & 2),
then remove the keypad and locate the battery on the board and remove it for 30 minutes, then reinsert it, put the thing back together, and complete the above steps 3 & 4.

Why did you set a password for the BIOS anyway?
