 I have a problem with my screen.

It's making some funny lines om the sreen(and it's hard to read what i says) and in the hardware test it wrote that there is some problem with my video-memory.
It is a c840, is it the graphic-card(nVidia) that have been seing better days?
BIOS upgrade have been done and the OS-system too.
