Here is a response from Channel Five, I recieved regarding channel Five showing the program "Michael Jackson's Face"
Date: 11th September 2002
Dear Mary

Thank you for your recent e-mail regarding MICHAEL JACKSON'S FACE.

The documentary explores Michael Jackson's well-reported interest in plastic surgery and tells the story of the King of Pop's life through his ever-changing image, while attempting to understand the motivation behind his constantly evolving appearance. The programme is not an attack on Michael or his work but offers an insightful view into the difficulties of being a child star and of the nature of fame and recognises him as one of the world's greatest pop performers. The programme includes interviews with Michael's friends and family.

We hope that you find the programme useful when it is screened later this month.
