Watching the clips on the entertainment shows and on the news it appears to me the most important thing that the media sees is not Michael's case, but more what Michael looks like. Negative comments such as "oh poor thing, surgery gone to far, did you see his nose, it has a gold tip, or oh it has a bandaid, or his face is gross looking."

ET, Mary Hart had a plastic surgeon look at the situation that the media seemed to be focusing on, the surgeon said Mike looks as if he had a band aide on his nose, as if he had some recent surgery, such as more cartiledge added or something. But it was positive not negative. Access Hollywood has also stated positive things about Michael, saying that this case is serious, and Michael is doing an outstanding job being positive about it.
And the photographer was told to take different angles and stay away fromt he close ups which are causing fodder for the hypocrites and media alike. B:)
