It's about cows and other livestock and greenhouse gasses. It's absolutely ridiculous! I surely hope this doesn't become a law! I really for the farmers! If this goes through, it'll be the end of farming for NJ and PA! GRRRR! And there are hardly any farms left around here as it is! How can these lawmakers say this?! I am boiling mad!!!
