The eggs will probably be fertile with the Bronze turkey. That is the breed I had. I had 4 hens that had nests in different areas and the old gobbler would visit and brood the poults every day giving the hen time to feed. I would count the poults everyday, I started out with 36 and each day I would find that there were less and less babies. Finally, when I seen that the babies were not surving, I caught them up. I ended up with a grand total of 12 that setting. Then a neighbor's dog killed my old gobbler and I gave away the rest of the flock. That dog was a neighborhood pest that eventually disappeard. Even though the owners thought I had something to do with the disappearence, I was innocent. However, someone just got a bead on him before me.
