Division,Optional Overall and Overall Winners receive their beauty fees paid to state!
Runner-ups get 1/2 their beauty fees paid!
Bonds to be awarded - Overall $1500 - Mini $1000 - Divisons $500
Bond amounts will be increased based on number of contestants!
