She sat in one of the many deep chairs in the common area, her nose buried within a good book. She was clad in a short black skirt and a tight sleeveless white top. He feet where bare and her long legs curled up under herself. She'd let her hair grow out and it was half way down her back now. Looking up as the door opened, she was a bit suprised to see Murphy. Watching as he looked at the stairs as if contemplating something before turning and moving past her towards her room.

"Where ya been, Murph? We thought you'd been abducted by aliens" She closes her book and stands. It seemed so few of the old residence remained. A few had returned and lots of new blood had moved in, but it wasn't the same. Kyra was the only person she saw on a regular basis anymore. And she only stopped in to shower and grab a bite.

Tried a thousand times
Used a million lines
Trying to explain
'Cause they don't have a word
For the kind of hurt
That never goes away

When I try to think it though
