I'm truly at the end of my rope. I'm a 54 year old widow of 11 years, who has raised six children to adulthood, and I've nothing left. I can't work outside of my home now, due to a retinal detachment that blinded me in my left eye, so I can't drive anymore. My kids can't help me with my problem- most live out of state, and the ones that don't are working two jobs just to keep their heads above water.
I worked hard when they were young to make ends meet and keep them safe. I've been a good person, and helped other people when I had little myself. Now, I'm losing the only thing I have left- my house. I have to come up with 55,000 dollars before the end of June (by the 23rd , in fact) and I've tried every available avenue, including prayer, angels, the lottery, the banks (who laugh at me because of my non-existant credit) and every agency I can think of. My home is all I have left. If I could make those back payments, I KNOW I can make this work. I am a really good cook (not just my opinion) and I have hundreds of my own recipes, and I'm not looking for a handout or a gift. I wanted to try selling them via email for $5.00 per set, but I don't even know how to do that! I searched for a way- but everything that comes up is so vague, and so many of the other postings are such obvious scams- and I don't want to go that route- I just want to save my home, but who is going to find 11,000 people that will pay $5.00 for a cheesecake recipe that makes 10 different cheesecakes? I have nothing left but desperation!
