Dear Andre,

I earlier mentioned that you might be going through a "transition." Transitions have three phases. The first is Endings.

You said: "Things you suppose happen only to others, lives you think are dealing with perfectly, love that you imagine may last, all is broken, shattered, blown away and I'm just another pawn in someone else's game."

You are NOT a pawn in someone else's game. But your life experience may be requiring you to give up everything that you had been holding dear. That is what happens in the Ending phase. The reason, because something better is coming.

The second phase is called The Void. It is a time of being lost and without any real bearings. This is fallow time. From the freshly turned earth will come something new, but the old had to be destroyed first.

Transitions can take a year, or years. The last phase is New Beginnings.

By the way, everybody has transitions. Simply graduating from high school is a transition. The "dark night of the soul" is a hugh transtion (usually taking about a decade to complete). Obviously, your transition is closer to the "dark night of the soul" than a high school graduation.

But there is always a light at the other end of the tunnel. You don't see the light in the Ending or The Void phases. The light first appears in the New Beginning phase. The light grows as the New Beginning phase continues.

More questions?

Blessings,

Gary
