Usted me ayudó mucho mientras estábamos juntos.
Ron

Well now.... -- outlaw, 08:16:56 09/17/05 Sat
Seems this thing has died. I still check on it so don't worry as it isn't going anywhere. I have been in Peru for the last three months and I'm headed back home in three weeks. Maybe I can get some stuff stirred up when I return.

hey ron, hows it going? its been a while... i got a question for ya or anyone from this board..i still have the 84 mustang GT .. i have been slowley putting on goodies for the car i was wondering what size rim and tire would fit? i still have them weld draglite rims and slicks i bought a up north a year or so back ..i know these wont fit unless i slap a 9 inch under the car.. but i would rather go with a wheel that will fit it now.. so i am willing to trade my two back rims and tires for some that will fit the mustang ..hopefull im gonna finish this one.. hehe cyas

Definately buy the DART
Author:
John
[Edit] Date Posted: 17:59:43 03/16/04 Tue
I am going through a bunch of bullshit right now with Mike Weinle and world products, I bought a 598 shortblock from Mike at the end of last season, all new but the crank,it was to be a 10/10 Crower in perfect shape, I had also asked to be sure that it was NOT in a grenaded motor.
Well make a long story short, Ive got a $5000++ set of Oliver billets and J-E pistons. The crank had been broke in half and welded back together (a very shity job I might add, sharp edges through out the crank from a grinder, the oil journal is twice the normal size along with a very visible crack inside the hole.
The Block, all of the main webs, saddle and bearing registers are missing half of the machined surface,(very heavy porosity) the rear cap where the oil galley goes through to pressure up the block is missing casting and on top of it all, Mike bult up some of the registers and bearing saddles with epoxy to try and hold everything square, oh, the block was cut down to 10.149 from the speced 10.200. This is a brand new merlin block!
After several calls,Mike of course is a flake and Keith with World Products told us there isnt anything that they will do for us, Out of his own mouth he told us that they have just as much problems with porosity that detroit has.
BUY THE DART AND NEVER LOOK BACK!!!

Typical Okie attitude (joke) -- outlaw, 13:14:34 10/01/02 Tue
The bartender was washing his glasses, and an elderly Irishman came in and with great difficulty, hoisted his bad leg over the barstool, pulled himself up painfully, asked for a sip of Irish whiskey. The Irishman looked down the bar and said, "Is that Jesus down there?" The bartender nodded and the Irishman told him to give Jesus an Irish whiskey also. The next patron was an ailing Italian with a hunched back and slowness of movement. He shuffled up to the barstool and asked for a glass of Chianti. He also looked down the bar and asked if that was Jesus sitting down there. The bartender nodded and the Italian said to give Him a glass of Chianti also. The third patron, a redneck, swaggered in dragging his knuckles on the floor and hollered. "Barkeep, set me up a cold one. Hey, is that God's Boy down there?" The barkeep nodded, and the redneck told him to give Jesus a cold one too. As Jesus got up to leave, he walked over to the Irishman and touched him and said, "For your kindness, you are healed!" The Irishman felt the strength come back to his leg, and he got up and danced a jig to the door. Jesus touched the Italian and said, "For your kindness you are healed!" The Italian felt his back straighten and he raised his hands above his head and did a flip out the door. As Jesus walked toward the redneck, the redneck jumped back and exclaimed, "Don't touch me, I'm drawin' disability!"
