Buckling under the weight of self-promotion, just thought I'd mention that two of Hull's noisiest will be playing the White Room this coming Sunday. Foresaking the Sabbath for pure, unadulterated racket, Trench (ex. Vest, Bulletproof, Hooker, Underbelly) and Face Of Scars (ex. Sum Magnitude, Vest) will be cashing in on former glories, ably assisted by Edinbrough's finest panto-metal rockers, featuring one-time Concrete Head honcho Tommy Concrete.

'Tis free to get in, and it's the best excuse you could find to get violent before the big heave-ho back to work on Monday.
