First question is: What is your undergrad degree? If it's straight physics, provide evidence of that...

If you don't have a BS that fits the Category A reqs for the patent bar, you'll have to qualify under Category B or C...category B just requires you have like 24 sem hrs of physics or a combo of other stuff...C is something totally different....and YES this applies to masters degrees...if your BS doesn't fit according the General Bulletin, you likely have 24 units of Physics to get your masters so use that to get admission to sit for the exam under Category B...
