Help with getting into a server!!!!

Im having problems getting into a server. I double click on a server and it retrieves info, but the little thing on the side is red and not green. also in the far right part it says 100% loss. Is it because i am on a proxy and have firewall? please help, i would like to kick some ass online too. :)

Well make sure UDP port 17479 and port 17480
isnt blocked.

I assume you have configured IE for proxy since
you are able to download the http file.

Probably your firewall, try removing it to verify.
