my daughter spent most of 2002 at county and she cried on the phone to me to please notify the fire marshall and other entities about things there. She was very upset about a woman that was pregnant that was having problems. there is supposed to be someone at that watch center area they have at ALL times, but there wasnt anyone. there wasnt anyone nearby in any way. My daughter said that they kept screaming and beating on doors and toilets and everything to get this woman help. My daughter also indicated that finally someone responded thru the toilet that they were sending help. My daughter was crying and crying for this woman and her baby. She said it took hours for anyone to come and she was afraid that someone died. she just cried and cried to me on the phone. i am not sure which month this happened. my daughter was sentenced 10/18 and then was transferred.
