QUEBEC section on the "Scene report"
See, this is the kind of fashism against us that removes any pride from beeing a canadian. This is a site that is supposed to represent the whole canadian country and yet we're ingnored once again. This kind of rejection is present to a certain extent in everything that is supposed to be "canadian representative". So next time you wonder why Quebec would even consider about leaving Canada, seperate, and become it's own country, you'll know why.

No trials rider in Quebec eh?
In my small town named St-Jean we're 5 trials rider, I personally know 2 in Brossard, 1 in Longueuil. And I've recently been introduced to a "group" in Montreal of over 50 trials riders which is lead by a Norco Grassroot(hopes to turn pro in a near future). Heck, Koxx and Planet-X north american distributors are in Quebec!! ( http://www.cycles-simtra.com http://www.asd-bikes.com)

That said, I certainly don't know them all, so there's plenty around. But with your typical attitude you simply assumed that there was none in here. I'm not lashing out at you guys, it would be pointless; but you have to admit that you do ignore us.

Dude, I have no atti quebec or any other province. I only have limited contacts. If you are from Quebec and would like to be the rep, I'd be gald to include the province until then I have no idea as what is going on out there. The more the marrier :-)

Its so hard to reach all the riders in this country, and now it looks like we slowly are getting in contact with everyone. Please, if you know anyone that is there I'd live to add a quebec section. The last I knew of a Quebec rider was one that I met in Whistler back in 1996 ridign a monty. Unfortunatly I can't remember his name. So dude... Here I am wecoming be eastern counterparts with open arms. The work is minimal, all you have to do is submit demo and comp info. And write a report (talking about the scene) at least every three weeks. So hit up one of the admins with an email.. Lets get this in motion. We have only been online for 2 days now.

Cheers Morley

Quebec, yes! the trials scene has been small from what I hear, but a lot of the freeride/DHers are crossing over to trials now..

Quebec needs to be involved in a big way, so does Saskatchewan, New Brunswick, PEI and New Foundland (Nova Scotia too).....

As for the Biketrials Canada organization idea, we're looking for someone from Quebec, Saskatchewan and the Maritimes to get involved. I've been trying to get a hold of a few friends in Quebec that would hook us up with someone who would be interested, but I haven't heard back yet.
