Subject: Lunge to backtire

Hye Iv been having some trouble trying to figure out how to lunge to backtire, so i was wonder if anyone had any tips on how to?

You have to lift the bike up, and then set the rear onto the object. Cup the pedals with your feet to brign the rear end up, and use the handle bar to lift the bike up and onto the ledge.

Try this on a wooden picnic table so you dont wreck your bike on concrete fi ya miss. It's a moove that requires lots fo technique and force.
