Truth? Don't get your hopes up! I did a post some time ago stating that someone should investigate the City Of Alex for the utility department. They had about a 7 million dollar surplus, were charging higher rates, and ,Cleco was running the plant and selling the excess power, instead of giving us a break on rates. Cleco was making the power, ALexandria was tacking on a charge and we were getting screwed. I remeber when we had the last big ice storm and Cleco was handling most of the work and supplimenting the pay for City of Alex workers? It has been going on a long time. Maybe the truth will come out, but, I doubt it! You "ain't seen nothing yet", I think these guys will may Edwin Edwards look like a choir boy!
