Subject: I am going to say this I was not at the pageant BUT I have spoke with Kelly and given her advise oh how to go about having this expunged CI

 off his record, Back 18 years ago the sex offenders list was a new thing and only 14 states had one. It was not until 1997 that is was made manditory that these people register. Illinois was one of the 14 and back then it was not perfect. You have an 18 year old who has been arrested and a 17 year who say's he did something. If this case was heard today in this court system now he would never be on the list. So think about this This man has full custody of his daughters from his first marrige, He also has living in the house Kelly's daughter and now their daughter. Thats 4 girls under the age of 18 and no law has been broken.

What ever reason Shanna decided to spill it, she lost all accreditablity by taking her daughters there, She knew he was on the list. If it upset her that much and she was concerned she should have demanded he not be in the same building not just in another room, When she saw him there she should have left. But it must not have really mattered as she waited till after the fact, and used this to try and ruin Kelly's lively hood. Because how this was done was malicous to nothing but ruin any income.

I talked with kelly gave her advise and I hope that her husband follows through with what I said, it will make a world of difference in your lives and your childrens, and then you will not have to worry about some one outing you or him. Because even after all theseyears the one thing that you are is Honest.

It didn't happen 18 years ago, it happened 16 years ago, and he was 20, and the victim was UNDER 16. I looked it up in old newspapers. The list was not brand new and he was at least 5 years older then his victim. This is also just one of the convictions. CI for article or search yourself.
