Subject Author Date I haven't seen this on any other board. I think it is the author of the letter to the editor that posted this link. Oh, and as much as she may be correct on some parts of her letter (no one truly knows), the part about the "balloon guy" is completely incorrect. My daughter was there and she had gotten a beautiful purple flower balloon from him. As far as winners go, it was the judges opinion that day. You win some, you lose some, you move on.....
