Kind of, but the characters are more animated than cartoon, ya know, kind of like Shrek. It has an awesome message about believing without seeing. That just because you don't see someone doesn't mean they aren't there. At first you think they're talking about Santa but there's really a deeper meaning. And the story is just too cute!!
