This is a shame cause Jackie used to have fun, nice pageants before she got to be friends with DC and TP. That is not hear say either. Think about how nice her pageants were before then. o Here's the details: Yes it was a small national. Yes bonds were pro rated. Yes we were told it would be pro rated before the pageant started. No we didn't get a 5ft stocking with gifts. Yes we got a huge garbage bag full of gifts that did add up to over 20.00. ONe prize alone was about 40$. Yes we would have loved for there to be more kids there and to get full bond amounts but there wasn't and she couldn't have possibly given away all the bonds b/c then she would be out a whole lot of money. # There was nothing in the ppw that stated pro-rate. If they take things at the door, or pro-rate, she shouln't charge the full amount to enter. We pay the entry fee, based on what it says on the ppw, not what we "think" the pro-rated charge is.JM knew what she was doing. * Yes you are right. Everyone did get a title --- some didn't even have to qualify or pay for them. All got gifts, of course they were nothing worth the amount of money paid to enter this pageant and then received them in garbage bags. # I was not at this pageant but I wanted to let everyone know that two of the things that are bothering people happen at other pageants too. My dd competed at Hearts & Crowns a few weekends ago. Some of the returning royalty, with many gifts, received their gifts in trash bags. Most girls also received checks but some received cash. Did anyone bash H&C?
