Well, I have been doing alot of reading to understand how this game works and what I need to do. I wish I had/knew about these resources before AC1 came out.

I think I am going the human archer/melee/enchanter route. I haven't taken the time to plan out all the skills, or even read about all the skills.

Right now, at almost level 13, I am 32 on Missle and Melee Mastery, have up to Critical strike and dual arrows trained, taking fire arrow at 13. Going to pump all my exps into melee and missle mastery until they are 50 each, then into fire arrow.

Still need to research the spells to gain back health and vigor. I read that the ranger ones are better than the mage ones, but I want to verify first. Unfortunately, I have to work again this weekend, so I don't know how much game time I will get before beta ends. I seem to get from 10-midnight EST each night. Also with the event starting Thursday, it doesn't sound like I will get quality playing time in during that time. I will have plenty of time to read for 3 weeks and have a game plan when retail starts.

It's only $40.00, the new monsters are intriguing, and it doesn't seem to require the same amount of time that AC1 did, so I am pretty sure I will get this come retail.

I will play Thistledown. I was thinking about KvK, or even DT, but there seems too much griefing going on there even now. Just doesn't sound like fun to me.
