Sleet nuzzles Diety back, swamped with affection for her and so deeply glad that Diety hadn't actually left. Tears glisten in her starry eyes before Sleet could check them, but she quickly composes herself. Pulling back to get a good look at the almost full-grown female before her. Diety. I'm glad that you came back. It hurt, it really did, that you were so close to leaving me and the cubs. She sighs, looks down, then back up at Diety, not wanting to hold anything back from her anymore. Sometimes I believe that your the glue that holds this family as close together as we are. Without you, things would begin to come undone. Don't get me wrong, Sleet rushes to make sure of the statement she made I would never leave the pups or neglect them, but things wouldn't be as easily done or executed. A mighty sigh of release, as her tensions were dropped, escapes Sleet's sleak form and she gazes at Diety through half-closed eyes. All of the tension and emotions from the recent events had left ehr pretty much drained of energy. Never had she had to go through something like that. It wasn't draining in physical energy so much as mental and emotional.
