Kuringai Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from people wanting to lease space in a 1907 heritage building, the Kuringai Arts Resource Centre. The building is located on the Pacific Highway at Pymble and is adjacent to the Town Hall, which can also be hired for concerts and events. Both buildings are walking distance from Pymble Station.

Expressions of interest must be recieved by 26th September and must address the criteria set out in the Expression of Interest documents - which are available by contacting Tracey Palser at Kuringai Council on 9424 0868.
