As the play was getting out, Leonard Halls was out walking across the street from the theatre. L. Halls knew that was her with her white hat with pink ribbon. He thought she might recognize him. He also knew it would have been awful to say anything with her beau. When L. Halls finally got home he realized that it could have been her cousin. He had to go back to the train station that next day. That next day at the train station. Shufling to and fro he pondered the steps of the previous day. Then he saw her, Mary, in a pink and white dress. He assumed she was about to board the train. He walked up to her; and, she walked towards him. She then started to say, "I thought you'd be here." "I saw you coming out of the theater last night. When getting home I finally surmised it was your cousin." "Yes, Ruphert." .............................................
