I am sad, sore and feeling sorry for myself, thinking i want to end my life....yet again! Pain riddles my body and is killing my heart and my character. Have i hit rock bottom and if so how long is it going to take to get myself out of the big hole i have placed myself in? My father is very unwell, the love of my life is on the other side of the world, which is where i should be. But for some reason i am here with my father who is now in return made me very ill because i feel his pain too. Can you please help?
