~Gray male had waited outside the cave,
unwilling to disturb his mate during birth,
sensing that it was over,
he entered smiling at Icicle before licking her face,
muzzle placed to the cubs,
sudden suprise at the large number,
touching each in turn,
he paused by the last,
Heaven's Glory,
her unusual colouring had caught his attention,
worried that she was a little weak,
nudging the tiny cub fowards gently towards its mother's milk,
laying protectively in front of the litter and mother,
he licked his mate once more,
before turning to the cave entrance and resting after the long night~
