I had (have) this problem with my 95 Windstar. A year and a half ago, I paid over $300 dollars to have my switches replaced (I told them which one was bad but the computer told them a different one) and their acting up again. Talking with others that had this problem, they said to spray WD-40 (the save all) into the door locks. It will work its way down to the switches and loosen them up. I am going to try this so that the dealership won't break more things inside my doors (window mechanism, trim, etc.)
