Subject: CAREER NIGHT

The Deans office has designated February 6, 2003 as Career Night for the New York Medical College students. The Department of Surgery has been asked to have speakers from all its division to address the students.

It will be held in the auditorium of the Medical Education Building on the Valhalla Campus from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.

The following will speak:

General Surgery- Dr. Savino, Chairman of Surgery
Pediatric Surgery- Dr. Stringel
Plastic Surgery- Dr. Buckley
Vascular Surgery- Dr. Babu
Cardiothoracic Surgery- Dr. Lafaro
Transplant Surgery Dr. Butt
Trauma Surgery- Dr. DiRusso
Laparoscopic Surgery Dr. Kaul


The objective of Career Night is to inform and educate the students on, the activities of the specialties, the life style etc.

We assure the students that the session will be very informative and educational.
