My friend, Dr. Wang recently complained about Cellgro trypsin. He works with endothelial cells and he wanted to optimize his protocol for cell reseeding. Gibco trypsin worked fine (5 min). However, after he switched to Cellgro trypsin, 70% of his cells remained attached... in 1 h.
