 In the next day or so I should have the new SUDA constitution - or rather my amalgamation that is the new SUDA constitution fully typed in. There are various places where I've lifted new things straight from the IVDA constitution or fiddled generally to what I think is what we do (last one was 1998 and things have changed a lot).

So, how do I put a version up so that people who might have comments can see it before I send it to Caroline to post it up?
