Hmm many ways, and probably a combination from the list below (not exhaustive though!)

* Make sure you're not back weighted (coach should be able to help you here!)
* Osteopath (expensive though)
* Strengthen core muscles, you need strong abs as well as back muscles, situps & more situps
* Pilates (strengthens core muscles, you will get more benefit from 1-2-1 session than classes as it was never meant to be done in classes)
* Get a targetted weights programme from a qualified instructor to stabilise and strengthen the muscles
* Make sure you stretch properly

Those Swiss balls are great, but we're not allowed them at work :(
