I'm organising Cmabridge Cuppers (intercollegiate competition)this year and I don't think the venue (we're not using the perse school this year) would hold 3 full university teams plus beginners plus spectators. Cuppers will be the weekend between Sheffield and SUDA which is probably not ideal for an Impoxbridge comp anyway - last minute panics and getting a 5th routine and all that ;o) Isn't the SF held before Sheffield?

If Cambridge were to host a comp for 3 uni teams (do London get invited to the SF?) I think we'd have to have it in St Ivo (venue for varsity 2003). But even if the hall is available at a weekend on such short notice, it's not financially viable. You're looking at £10 each entry costs minimum and we certainly couldn't afoord decent trophies or judges. Sorry!

Are there any open comps at that time of year that may consider adding a university style team match to their programme?
