Actually there was a smaller floor than Kettering,
anyone old enough to remember Nottingham's comp in 1999?
beautiful venue, tiny floor.

Dudley town hall is a nice venue, similar to Watford, no idea of the costs though. I also think a sports hall is better than a small floor. What it lacks in atmosphere is more than made up by all the noise & enthusiasm of the competitors & spectators.

I think it's a shame if Cambridge don't come to Warwick because *some* of their team are competing elsewhere. What about all the beginner and modern dancers? Surely someone can deputise if the team captain can't make it? ALthough it does mean there is more room for everyone else :)
