I promise that this will be the last message I post on this subject.
There is a dance weekend taking place on the Isle of Man from July 4th - 7th. For those who didn't see my earlier posts, they are in the archives somewhere under "alternative to Osmington". I will also not repeat all the details of the comps taking place as it takes too long to type up and they can be found, as I just said, in the archives. Apparently there are 110 comps taking place for all grades and ages. Just wanted to say that I've just recieved a load of info from my friend from the Isle of Man about this weekend and it says that entries close on June 1st. Obviously that is quite soon, so I thought I'd remind you all about it.
Also just recieved a team e-mail from this friend too which I quote here:
"Hi!!
Just a quick message in re. the IOM dance festival this summer.
I was talking to the organiser over the easter holidays, and it sounds as if it's going to be quite a big affair; I believe a large party of dancers from Ireland(red hot at old time), and from Blackpool(red hot at everything) are interested in competing among others, as well as the Liverpool uni team. The guy also mentioned that if enough people from Bristol are interested in competing, he'd put on a special university team match, and maybe a friendly team match between the IOM and the universities. As well as this, there really are a lot of competitions at all levels and in all disciplines, and professional demonstrations/lectures, so I think all in all it would be a really good experience if you want to compete on the open circuit.
I know a few people are interested in maybe going, and I have alot of information. If those people aren't too busy - with exams/nervous breakdowns - maybe a meeting would be best? Being an English student I'm free now, and therefore reasonably flexible as to where and when. So if you are interested, just e-mail me by return and let me know.

I don't want to give her e-mail address out yet as she doesn't know that I've used her e-mail, she does know that I'm trying to get other people to go along though, but I'll post it later if she doesn't mind and maybe if anyone is interested in a uni team match on the Isle of Man we could try and get something organised.

I believe that there is an all inclusive package with accommodation available etc, I don't have any info on that though. Please do look in the archives though if you are interested and if anyone wants me to, I can e-mail them some more info too.
Sounds like fun though, especially if we have a quite large group of students there.
