 Scrutelle is basically owned by Estelle Grassby (hence the name, I'm guessing!) - for those who don't know, she's allegedly the top UK scrutineer (not sure how they decide that, but there you go!)and has scrutineered the Sheffield Social for the past few years.
The guy that wrote the software is called David Croft.
