Yes, Rachelle is capable of doing much better than what people saw of her this year. All her partners have been far from ideal, I suppose a little sacrifice of personal ambitions is part of a good captaincy. Remember seeing her very good looking Jive with Dave Weston at Oxford Social. Personally I bet Scott/Rachelle could've been as good a partnership, if not better than Scott/Sarah.
