This is really dumb... This kid about 16 or 17 years old is hanging out a t a tim hortons at about 10:30 at night during the week and we get this call that they have a drunk and he was drinking in there bathroom and they found his empty bottles.... well the ladys that worked there distracted him by giving him free food and drinks he sticks around and we show up and ask for some ID. He gives us his library card! he had no ID he said.he drops his wallet and we pick it up to find a G1 drivers licince so we cuff the kid for being drunk in a public place and put him in the back but we didnt shut the door we stood there with our backs turned writing things up ( big mistake) kid takes off running, and hes still cuffed! he's running threw this parking lot thank goodness there was no cars and it wasnt busy that late at night. So we run after him and he trys to jump this ditch.. haha well, needless to say that ended quickly! he fell face first on a sidewalk. wut a dumby!
