Subject: I'm looking to the sky to save me...

He was in a grumpy mood - his job was wearing on him, and he had had a rare argument with Diallo, and all he wanted was a smoke... But with Cassie and Kesi, he had been staying away from all vice. So, he was left to wallow in his irritation. Just in from work, he dropped his keys by the door and stripped down to just shorts, grabbed a Corona, and headed straight out to the balcony...

She closed the door quietly, Kesi had been dropped off at her parents, because they were having some kind of get together, so she had left her there to be social. She took a step outside, brushing back her hair as she leaned down to place a brief kiss to his lips. "Kesi is with my 'rents till nine or so, my aunt was gonna be there, and I didn't feel like stickin' around." She shrugged a little. "Maybe she'll bring Kes a present." She nodded a bit as she got settled in his embrace once more. "Her and Kali get along really well, you'll have to meet Kaylee one of these days, I think you'll like her."
