I know this is probably going to sound rather unintelligent, but I was just going over the comps list and I noticed that a ____-load of required readings say vague things like "2 stories", "your choice", "work x or work y", etc. So, in the interests of actually making a good grade on comps, I was wondering--exactly how do I go about finding out which works I should read? Or should I simply hope that the works I read just happen to be the ones I get questioned on? Please let me know asap, email me if you know. Thanks for any info.
