As soon as you instill a set of laws enforced by a judicial system, you have fallen back into that hole which you call the government. What is the government, besides a set of rules? Setting aside the current social order in favor of yours is not abolishing government; rather, it's creating a new government, one that is subject to those who rule it. As long as humans (or gnomes or hyoo-mans) have the same basic corruptible nature, your government is doomed to fail the way that all governments fail, according to you. Understand that I agree with your ideals (a society governed by a simple impartial judicial system with a few simple rules), there's no way to practically achieve it. Humans are fallible; there's no way around it. And putting the judging responsibility in the hands of an individual is an invitation to corruption. Absolute power corrupts absolutely, and any judge in your system would have need of absolute power in order to enforce. How would goods be distributed? You can't honestly expect everyone to make all of everything they need. There are too many people addicted to their items. Corporations don't fit into your system; how can a corporation be held accountable? What about enforcement of sentences, which will require some sort of police force that anarchists hate so much? This system of yours need to be bent into shape, and I'm afraid that youu can't see it.
